General Laborer Job Description This is a high‑intensity, outdoor role requiring heavy physical labor, including traveling to customer sites, lifting and pulling heavy tarps, climbing and working at heights to cover large hay stacks, in all weather conditions, with long hours and frequent overtime, especially during peak harvest season Responsibilities Travel to multiple customer sites to cover and secure large hay stacks with heavy tarps repeatedly Climb stacked hay to position and secure tarps Work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty conditions Follow safety procedures while working at heights and around equipment Perform heavy manual labor, including repetitive lifting and climbing Work weather‑driven schedules with early mornings, long days, and weekends during peak seasons Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Assist with general agricultural, production, and construction‑type labor as needed Essential Skills Perform heavy manual labor for extended periods Lift, pull, and handle large, heavy tarps safely Work outdoors in all weather conditions Climb stacked hay and work safely at heights Maintain a strong work ethic and reliable attendance Tolerate repetitive, physically demanding work and long hours Follow safety procedures around equipment and at heights Work early mornings, long days, weekends, and frequent overtime during harvest season Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
