Job Description

HIRING!!!! $23-25/HR - General Construction Laborer  Job Description Join a dynamic team and work in modern production spaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities. The role involves setting up molds, assembling rebar cages, pouring and finishing concrete, and ensuring a safe working environment. You will operate a variety of hand and power tools, mobile equipment, and cranes, working around suspended loads and high-tension strands. Responsibilities also include accessing scaffolds and other elevated work platforms while undertaking general labor duties and special projects as required. Responsibilities Set up molds and assemble rebar cages. Pour and finish concrete while maintaining safety standards. Operate hand and power tools, mobile equipment, and cranes. Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands. Access scaffolds and elevated work platforms. Perform general labor duties and participate in special projects. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in General Labor or Construction. Proficiency in using hand tools. Knowledge of concrete work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Carpentry skills are beneficial. Experience with concrete is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position is based in an indoor production environment, requiring assistance with shoveling concrete. The role follows a first shift schedule, Monday to Friday from 4am to 2:30pm. While no certifications are required, wearing steel-toed boots is mandatory. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
