About us We are professional, fast-paced, and fun . Our goal is to provide our retail and wholesale customers with top quality meat, seafood, and poultry products with our eye on local and regional sourcing, sustainable harvesting, and specialty foods. .
Our work environment includes:
On-the-job training Company perks Lively atmosphere Ability to lift 50 lb is required. We will train skills in fish filleting and processing, product identification, and knowledge in meat cuts and specifications. Responsibilities are loading and unloading trucks, packing custom orders with multiple food items, producing fresh dressed fish and fish filets, toting and icing fresh seafood products, waiting on retail customers in a brisk and busy Meat and Seafood Shop.
