Job Description
Job description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations involving raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance. Job Responsibilities Audit shipments prior to packing to ensure products are in sellable condition and match the order. Pick, pack, and label products according to established standards and procedures. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant warehouse operations. Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and system transactions using SAP/WMS . Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues. Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Ensure proper record retention and documentation for compliance purposes. Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Support corrective actions related to inventory variances and operational issues. Troubleshoot issues such as shipping delays, order discrepancies, and inventory variances. Communicate operational issues clearly and provide practical solutions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with EHS and 5S standards . Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Previous warehouse or distribution experience required. Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word . Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs. as needed. Bilingual Chinese/English is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to consistently follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality requirements. #IND1
