Warehouse Associate - Production & Packaging (Full-Time)
Location:
Renton, WA Pay:
From $22.00 to $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Work Environment:
Indoor production & warehouse setting About the Role Cannaseur's Choice is hiring Warehouse Associates to support our cannabis production and packaging operations . This is a hands-on, fast-paced role best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day. If you enjoy structured work, staying organized, and being part of a production team where accuracy and compliance matter, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis flower, kief, bubble hash, edibles, and beverages Sleeving and sealing solid edibles (such as gummies) Shrink sealing beverages using a heat-tunnel Assisting in the production of cannabis beverages and edibles Operating production equipment, including Knockbox machines for prerolls and specialty prerolls Tubing and labeling prerolls to ensure compliance and accuracy Tracking inventory and production using Cultivera Logging and following production schedules using Trello Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Following all safety, sanitation, and Washington State cannabis compliance requirements Meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment Supporting additional warehouse or production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for entire shifts Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes Able to work efficiently in high-volume or time-sensitive situations Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Organized, clean, and mindful of workspace standards Basic math skills (weighing and measuring product) Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, lean, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working with repetitive motions Comfortable working around strong cannabis aromas and potential allergens Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check High school diploma or GED preferred No cannabis experience required — training provided
