General Laborer Maintenance Man Unlimited Seattle, WA Job Details Part-time $23 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Driver's License Construction site experience Full Job Description MMU is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support construction projects throughout the Greater Seattle area. 1. Field Labor & Site Support (70-80%) Follow the direction of management and complete assigned construction labor tasks Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and staging materials throughout the job site Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites through housekeeping, debris removal, trash collection, and material organization Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and general labor support as needed Adapt to changing job site priorities and project demands 2. Tool Use & Site Support (20-30%) Safely use and maintain basic hand tools including hammers, tape measures, pry bars, putty knives, and similar tools Complete basic job site tasks as assigned Document daily work performed and hours worked for approval Operate forklifts and other equipment when properly trained and certified 3. Safety, Accountability & Compliance Follow all company safety policies, site-specific requirements, and PPE standards at all times Accurately track and report daily work hours, activities, and completed tasks Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork Qualifications Previous construction, laborer, warehouse, or related experience preferred Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Seattle metropolitan area Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Forklift certification preferred OSHA 10 certification preferred About Us Maintenance Man Unlimited is a trusted, family-owned construction labor and cleanup company with over four decades of experience. We specialize in providing a wide range of construction-related services, including general labor, rough carpentry, skilled labor, hoist elevator operators, flaggers, and more to both small and large general contractors throughout the Greater Puget Sound region. In addition to our core construction labor services, we are expanding our janitorial and building maintenance divisions.
