Job Description

Trade Team is looking for skilled General Laborer - Painters to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of duties including: painting, Fire watch, and general labor tasks on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a broad skill set that knowledge of brush and roll procedures, cleaning, lifting, moving, preparing, and loading/ unloading materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers Execute residential and commercial painting projects using hand tools and airless spray equipment Utilize power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively Perform plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing as needed Assist welders/tradesmen on projects Maintain construction site safety standards and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment Support demolition, cleanup, material handling, and site organization tasks Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and project specifications Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Must have OSHA 10 Maritime (or be willing to take the course) Brush and roll candidates must have brush and roll expereince Firewatch candidates must have or be willing to take the course Must be able to work Overtime Must be able to pass 10-panel Drug Screen (Including THC) Must be able to pass Federal and State Background check Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
