Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across inventory management, shipping, receiving, and materials handling. This position offers an energetic environment focused on efficiency, safety, and teamwork. You will be responsible for handling heavy equipment, managing stock levels, and supporting order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands promptly and accurately. Whether operating forklifts or managing inventory control systems, your contributions will keep our warehouse running seamlessly and safely. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials efficiently. Perform stock stocking, picking & packing orders, and order fulfillment with precision to ensure timely delivery. Conduct shipping & receiving activities, including verifying shipments. Maintain proper inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and materials handling. Support warehousing-related activities by handling raw materials or equipment as needed. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Load & unload trucks efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance when necessary. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution and inventory management. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and to do so safely and effectively. Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and stock management techniques. Experience with shipping & receiving processes and order fulfillment systems. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of packaging materials and heavy lifting techniques. Prior warehouse experience in the food industry is a plus. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, and stock management. $21.50 - $29.90 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
