The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction and possess Basic Construction knowledge. This role requires the ability to work with hand tools and power tools while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate various hand tools and power tools to assist in the building processes. Perform tasks inside and outside of the Building, ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in the movement of materials within the site using forklifts when necessary. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding production schedules and tasks. Requirements Previous Construction experience is preferred. Familiarity with Construction processes is an asset. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus. Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
