Work:

Our warehouse is located in Tacoma's Tideflats industrial area. Public transit is available via the Pierce Transit "Tideflats Runner," an on-demand shuttle service that connects riders from Tacoma Dome Station to Tideflats employers. Service runs 7 days per week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Reports to:

PNW Warehouse Manager Rate of pay (depending on experience): $18.50+/hr.

About the Role As an Order Picker/Warehouse Associate, you'll receive, organize, and prepare grocery and general merchandise orders for shipment from our Tacoma warehouse. Your work plays a key role in ensuring remote communities receive the products they rely on. What You'll Do Receive and unload grocery and merchandise shipments Inspect freight for damage and verify quantities Move and organize inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment Pick, label, and prepare orders for shipment Follow shipping regulations, including handling hazardous materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support additional warehouse tasks as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1-3 months of related experience (warehouse experience preferred) Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, inventory systems) Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join ACC?
