Job Title:
Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a reliable and quick learner with some warehouse experience to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This role involves an open-ended contract and offers training opportunities. A valid driver's license and a customer service attitude are essential. Responsibilities Perform tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and delivery of products, including receiving, picking, packing, delivery, staging, and transporting. Ensure the efficient flow of aerospace fastener products to production line point of use areas. Receive and accurately put away products. Pick, pack, count, and deliver products to various point of use locations within the facility. Maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts. Utilize a computer system, Excel, and SAP for various tasks. Operate RF scanners and communicate via work phone or laptop. Drive company vehicle around the GA Poway campus for deliveries. Follow company and customer safety policies and procedures. Essential Skills Warehouse experience with loading, shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory management. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and labeling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively. Must possess a valid CA driver's license. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is located at GA in Poway, CA, with shifts running from 7 am to 3:30 pm. The facility offers a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, requiring adherence to safety protocols. Dress code is casual, and mileage for driving on-campus will be reimbursed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
