Job Description
Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Workers in Racine, Wisconsin Job Description Warehouse workers will support high-volume manufacturing and monitoring of automated equipment. This role involves supporting multiple production areas, handling materials and components to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe movement and packaging of raw and completed products. Essential Skills 1 year of experience working in warehouse setting Ability to lift and safely handle items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to follow build sheets, safety instructions, and production documentation. Comfort working with pallet jacks Why Work Here? Production Associates work with brand-new machinery and equipment in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Multiple shifts are available:
1st shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with optional overtime opportunities on Saturdays and Sundays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
