Job Summary At Richelieu Foods we make Great Food from Great People. We are looking for a 1st
Shift Material Handler:
Essential Functions Transport all needed supplies correctly and on time to required line or pre-batch area. Communicate with internal customers to determine proper quantities and placement of items needed Responsible for complying Good manufacturing practices, maintaining proper sanitation and housekeeping in area. Properly put away any warehouse loads Communicate and coordinate with other Material Handlers to ensure efficient operation of the department Inform proper departments or supervisors of any issues or concerns Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Create and Receive TOP's \ POP's if needed Schedule appointments \ answer emails and phone calls Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2 Years of consistent and safe fork lift operation on a stand up forklift The ability to read and understand Line schedules and material needs Positive attendance record Safe operation of stand-up and sit down fork truck Basic computer skills Desired Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus. Previous experience in shipping and receiving is a plus. Competencies Technical Capacity Ability to work cooperatively and maintain a professional working relationship with employees Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written required. This position is based out of our Beaver Dam, WI location.
