Job Description
We are hiring a Machine Attendant to support paper machine operations in a manufacturing environment. This role assists the production team with material handling, machine support, and packaging to ensure customer specifications are met. Regular Work Schedule:
Monday thru Saturday on weekly rotating shifts of: 7AM- 3PM, 3PM
- 11PM, 11PM
- 7AM.
- Responsibilities Remove, stack, weigh, bundle, and package paperboard sheets Transport pallets/skids manually and with equipment Assist with machine operations and setup Load waste and broke materials into carts Operate forklift, banding machines, pallet inverter, and scales Follow safety rules and production instructions Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years or older Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8-12 hours Strong attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail Benefits Comprehensive training and advancement opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Paid holidays and vacation Bonus and incentive programs available
