Responsibilities:

Complete ordering processing from customers calling in or coming to the parts counter Process part warranty claims with our vendors Complete parts and service quotes/estimates Maintain parts inventory in warehouse Work with service technicians to help maintain inventory Field incoming calls to the office and dispatch to proper party Enter incoming shipments of machinery and parts Unload parts and equipment shipments with pallet jacks and/or fork truck

Requirements:

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 430pm Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills Computer skills and data entry Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within established time schedules

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
