Job Description

Material Handlers - Be the Power Behind Production! Looking for a role where you can stay active, think on your feet, and keep things moving ? As a Material Handler supporting our packaging plant , you'll be the heartbeat of our operation, making sure materials flow smoothly so production never misses a beat. If you love operating equipment, staying organized, and being a go-to teammate, you'll thrive here.
Schedule:
6am-6pm • 2-2-3 rotating schedule (built-in long weekends!)
Compensation:
$21-$25/hour (based on experience) What You'll Do Keep materials moving using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas Stage materials for production to keep workflows smooth Support machine operators and the production team Monitor and restock packaging supplies to eliminate downtime Perform basic equipment maintenance Follow safety protocols to keep everyone safe Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency Ensure quality and care in all materials handled What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience in material handling (manufacturing/packaging = big plus!) Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Strong attention to detail Great communication and teamwork skills Basic computer abilities for inventory and data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and focus Flexibility for overtime when needed What the Work Environment Requires Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy conditions Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly Frequent stair/ladder use and continuous standing Work safely at heights over 20' Ability to enter confined spaces following safety procedures Use and hear 2-way radios Ability to maneuver equipment in tight areas If you're ready for a job with purpose, stability, and room to grow , we'd love to have you on our team.
