Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist with inventory related tasks as directed. Work directly with drivers. Verify all incoming shipments according to purchase orders and bill of ladings. Complete necessary paperwork for shipping or receiving as directed. Communicate and perform all shipping, receiving, inventory requests from purchasing, scheduling, and customer service. Operate forklift for loading and unloading trucks and other duties as assigned. Operate company fleet as instructed. Other duties as assigned. Strategic planning for the growth and success of McDonald Plastic Molding. Participate in-group and individual training. Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company's safety culture. Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment. Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
High School Education and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
