Position:
Material Handler Pay:
Based on experience, starting at $23/hour
Work Schedule:
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm plus overtime as scheduled.
Reports to:
QA Director As a Material Handler, you will be joining a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company as one of the most critical production roles at the business. You will be responsible for the shipping and receiving parts for shipment. This is a hands-on, fast paced shop floor position that has a lot of variety day-to-day. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Packaging and banding products for truck line & parcel shipments Counting and weighing parts for shipping Receiving and verifying incoming products Loading and unloading trucks Keeping work area clean, organizing warehouse and rotating stock Driving company vehicle for local stops Performs physical inventory Assist Finishing and Die Cast departments with product movement Assist Quality department with required part inspections and dock audits A successful candidate should have some prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment. Die casting or foundry experience a plus but not required. You will be standing, lifting, and working in varying temperatures in a machine shop and foundry. Attention to quality and following work instructions is very important. The candidate must be willing to learn, follow the directions of a supervisor, and work cooperatively with other team members A valid Wisconsin drivers license is required . A positive attitude and regular and punctual attendance is required. Safety is our #1 priority.
