PM Pay:

This role includes partial pallet picking, unloading materials, and transferring goods between facilities while maintaining high standards of Safety, Quality, and accuracy. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. What You'll Do Accurately pick, pack, and wrap finished goods to customer specifications Process customer orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Unload, inspect, and validate incoming ingredients, packaging, and materials Store and retrieve materials from warehouse locations to support production Load and unload finished goods for shipment to customers and other facilities Maintain
FIFO/FEFO
inventory rotation and support overall inventory accuracy Process paperwork for all material and product movements Ensure materials meet quality and documentation standards Operate handheld scanners, ERP systems, and warehouse technology Store and pick pallets within AS/RS systems Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, FSQ, R&D) and external partners Ensure on-time shipments to meet customer and business needs
Requirements:
What You'll Need Forklift operating experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, inventory systems) Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
