About Valley Valley Cooperative Association (VCA) is a member-owned Cooperative focused on providing the finest baking & brewing ingredients, supplies, and business services. VCA maximizes success through customized and highly responsive service, and delivery of food ingredients, products, and packaging. Valley was recognized as Vendor of the Year by the Wisconsin Bakers Association in 2023 for our many contributions as a proactive industry partner. Job Summary Responsible for loading outbound trucks, shrink-wrapping pallets, and verifying trailer temperature settings. Operates warehouse equipment such as double movers and upright forklifts safely and efficiently. Assists with general warehouse cleaning, trailer sanitation, and additional tasks including order picking, putaways, replenishment, and receiving support. This will be a 2nd shift position. 6pm - done; Sunday - Thursday Position Responsibilities Load trucks with outbound product Shrink wrap pallets Clean trailers when needed Verify trailer temperatures are set accurately Assist with cleaning duties in warehouse Effectively operate a double mover and upright forklift Display regular and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned by manager including picks, putaways, replenishment, picking, and assist receiving Work overtime hours when needed Qualifications Must be able to work effectively in temperatures reaching -10 degrees F. Must be able to work in moderate conditions of confined spaces, high elevations, noise, safety equipment, and slippery surfaces. Ability to continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Frequent walking, standing, and use of hands and fingers. Occasionally lifting 35-80 pounds Must be physically able to drive.
