What You'll Do:

Support the safe handling, movement, and packaging of finished products and raw materials. Prepare materials for packaging and assist in loading and unloading trucks. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following strict safety and food quality standards. Operate equipment such as floor jacks, trash compactors, vacuums, and floor scrubbers. Assist with general plant duties, including sanitation and equipment maintenance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

Ability to operate warehouse and cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out processes. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Have Skills:

Experience in food manufacturing or sanitation preferred. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Previous experience handling packaging materials or working in a production environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

At least 1 year of related experience in a food manufacturing sanitation or material handling role.

Other Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to work first shift, generally from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Ability to pass a background check focusing on sex offender registry. Ability to work from September 22, 2026, with possible extension. On-site position located at Top Tier Ingredients, LLC, Hancock, WI.
