Warehouse Associate- Order Fulfillment

Custom Service Hardware is a leading supplier of cabinet hardware and organizational solutions. We pride ourselves on quality products and dependable service, and we're looking for hardworking team members to support our warehouse operations in Jackson, WI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in our order fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities:

Pick and count products accurately from warehouse inventory Transport items to the shipping area for processing Inspect merchandise for damage or discrepancies and report issues Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Assemble items into boxes, bags, or containers Wrap and label pallets for shipping Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified) Load trucks according to delivery routes Verify order accuracy and shipping documentation Assist with facility upkeep, including snow/ice removal in winter and lawn care in summer Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Ability to work on your feet for a full shift Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse conditions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented with the ability to multitask Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment:
