Monday-Friday Pay Rate:

$22.85 per hour + $1.50

351 Collins Rd, Jefferson, WI 53549 About the Role Generac in Jefferson HUB is looking for a Kitting Lead (Material Handler III) who brings strong organization, sharp attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to ensure kits are assembled accurately and efficiently every time. This role is central to daily operations and involves active, hands-on work , including jumping in to pack and support the team whenever needed. You will oversee approximately 3 team members , helping drive workflow, quality, and productivity while supporting continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead daily kitting operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of orders Work side‑by‑side with your team—packing, organizing, and problem‑solving as needed Process orders using computer systems; SAP experience is a plus Communicate clearly with operations, leadership, and other departments Learn the workflow quickly and identify opportunities for improvement Help develop and document processes and procedures to drive efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For High School Diploma or Equivalent Highly detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency Comfortable in a hands-on , physical operations environment Computer literate; able to process orders with accuracy SAP experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to understand workflows and help drive the most efficient processes Experience developing processes/procedures is a plus Prior experience leading small teams (approximately 3 direct reports) Why You'll Love Working Here The ability to make a real impact on daily operations A team-focused environment where hard work is appreciated Opportunities to learn, grow, and help shape how the kitting area operates If this sounds like you, we'd love to see your application! The employee must comply with the assigned location PPE requirements including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing and shields for required tasks and closed toed or safety shoes as required by facility safety policies.
