Hours:

What You'll Be Doing:

Hang, prep and pack parts for shipment (boxes, skids, etc.) Inspect parts and catch defects before they leave the shop Move materials around the facility (forklift training provided) Keep your workspace clean and organized Work alongside a team to hit daily production goals

The Job Itself:

You'll be on your feet and moving throughout the day Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required Overtime (including weekends) is part of the job This position requires frequent and repetitive heavy lifting throughout the entire shift. Employees must be able to safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a consistent and repetitive basis. This is not occasional lifting—heavy lifting is a core, daily function of this role. The role involves continuous physical activity, including repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of parts and materials. Employees should expect to perform these tasks for extended periods of time without assistance. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment where repetitive heavy lifting is required as part of normal job duties. The ability to maintain stamina and perform repetitive lifting safely and consistently is essential to success in this role. This is a labor-intensive position in an industrial environment. The job requires standing, walking, and performing repetitive heavy lifting for the duration of the shift. Employees will regularly handle large, heavy parts and must be physically capable of meeting these demands daily. Why TBS?
