General Labor Responsibilities:

Assisting with production operations, including press room support and assembly Assembling, inspecting, sorting, and stacking product or components according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards Monitoring equipment and reporting operational or quality issues to leads or supervisors Performing quality checks on finished products and components;' reporting defects Using material handling equipment to move, load, and stage materials as needed Accurately completing required production, quality, and safety documentation Working collaboratively with team members and supervision to meet production goals Requirements for

General Labor:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8-10 hours; lifting 50 pounds regularly throughout shift Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
