What This Job Is Really Like This is a hands-on, active role where your day moves fast and your work matters. You'll help keep production running smoothly and ensure materials are where they need to be, when they need to be.

You might be:

Receiving and inspecting incoming materials Organizing and storing inventory for efficiency Picking and staging materials for production and shipment Operating equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, rip saws, and chop saws Working with your team to keep things moving and reduce delays If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work, you'll fit right in.
