Job Description

Job Overview You'll be part of the warehouse team at Garage Force International headquarters, responsible for receiving, verifying, and staging incoming shipments, and preparing outgoing shipments to franchise locations across the U.S. and international freight shipments. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that includes checking deliveries against packing lists, entering items into inventory, building and loading pallets and trailers, and helping load equipment such as shotblasters, generators, and grinders for franchisee use. Basic Job Requirements Be 18 years or older Understand and follow instructions in English Lift and carry warehouse items and equipment as part of daily tasks View and follow written instructions, packing lists, and inventory records Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Use pallet jacks, carts, dollies, hand trucks, and similar equipment to move items Work in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and vehicles Lift minimum of 49lbs Team lift heavy items Operate forklift safely Go up and down stairs as needed What You'll Do Receive incoming shipments and check them against the pre-arrival notification and the packing list Confirm quantities and flag discrepancies before items are formally received Stage received items in the designated receiving area until they're entered into inventory Build, wrap, and prepare pallets and packages for outgoing shipments Prepare and load domestic shipments to franchise locations (products, training kits, and supplies) Prepare and load international freight shipments during scheduled loading windows Load and organize equipment (such as shotblasters, generators, grinders, and vacuums) onto trailers for franchisee pickup or delivery Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Work Conditions Warehouse environment with moving equipment (pallet jacks, carts, and possibly forklifts) Some tasks may require standing in one place for extended periods or repeated lifting and carrying Closed-toe shoes required; additional protective footwear may be required in some areas Warehouse temperature is variable depending on the season.
