12-Hour Shifts (rotating 3-4 day work week)

Pay Rate:

$19.80 an hour 2nd shift

General Laborer Job Description:

Operate and monitor 14-15 injection molding machines within a production cell during a 12-hour shift Inspect products according to work instructions and quality standards Label, package, and prepare products to meet customer requirements Operate auxiliary production equipment as needed Fill in throughout the production area where support is needed Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S and housekeeping standards Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional ladder climbing

General Laborer Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand, walk, squat, and move throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions Basic computer skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Must have a solid work history and reliable attendance Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
