Avalon Precision Casting Company, LLC is seeking dependable and motivated Summer Seasonal Helpers to assist with a variety of general labor tasks throughout the facility. This position is ideal for students or individuals looking to gain hands-on work experience in a manufacturing environment during the summer months. Seasonal employees will primarily assist with sorting and organizing materials, inventory support, housekeeping duties, and other general labor responsibilities as assigned. This position does not involve operating machinery or production equipment.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sort and organize materials, supplies, and parts Assist with inventory counting and tracking Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout work areas Move materials and supplies as needed Assist departments with general labor tasks Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age Ability to follow directions and work independently Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds occasionally Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
