Job Description
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler
•Menomonie 1st shift to join their dynamic team. As a Material Handler
•Menomonie 1st shift, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting production and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am
•3:30 pm What's the Job? Coordinate with production to determine appropriate tractor/trailer combinations and load placement Maintain shipping and receiving documentation, verifying quantities, condition, and pricing of materials Ensure outgoing shipments are properly packaged and documented Safely move materials from various storage locations, including offsite warehouses and vendor sites Follow distribution and tagging procedures, schedule irregular deliveries, and perform daily safety checks on equipment What's Needed? Previous manufacturing or warehousing experience (3-5 years preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous forklift operation experience and certification (training provided) Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and manufacturing processes What's in it for me?
