Job Title:
Warehouse Worker About Us Play Well USA is one of the largest third-party LEGO®-based warehouse and reselling companies in the world, headquartered in Merrill, WI. We are a growing company dedicated to building a culture of excellence and maintaining a positive, team-oriented workplace environment. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support our expanding warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming LEGO parts and sets, picking and fulfilling orders, packing and shipping products, and maintaining warehouse organization. We value speed and accuracy, so ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, be thorough in their work, and possess basic math skills. This position is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours during the holiday season. Pay starts at $14 per hour and is commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging shipments in the delivery area Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards Identify, record, and manage damaged or impaired merchandise Enter and maintain accurate data in inventory and logistics systems Track materials received and distributed within the inventory system Assist with physical inventory counts Provide backup support to other departments as needed Help keep warehouse clean Assist with unloading trucks and organizing incoming shipments Occasionally handle mail runs to the Post Office Communicate effectively and collaborate with supervisors and team members Physical Requirements Regular use of hands for handling, reaching, and operating equipment Ability to lift and move 10-50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs with assistance or equipment Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing Ability to remain on your feet for up to 8 hours Qualifications Strong attention to detail (ability to notice patterns and discrepancies) Good communication, organizational, time management, and basic math skills Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Basic computer, inventory, and data entry experience required Ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
