Warehouse Specialist Location:
Neenah, WI Pay:
$20.00/hour About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Neenah, WI. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process. Responsibilities
Load and unload products by hand and with warehouse equipment
Receive, label, and organize inventory
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Verify order accuracy and perform quality checks
Count, label, stack, and package products
Assist with processing returns and inventory restocking
Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including labeling machines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipping goals
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
Ability to climb ladders and move throughout a warehouse environment
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
