• Amcor is seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our production team as a General Plant Spare Hand . This entry-level manufacturing role offers the opportunity to learn multiple production processes while supporting operations across the facility. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided. What You'll Do
• Train and work as a Rewind, Blown Film, Coating, or Press Assistant based on production needs.
• Support production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Participate in OSHA and site-required safety training.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Must Have High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work all shifts within a rotating 21-7 schedule. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Manufacturing experience . Benefits Medical, dental, vision, starting Day 1.
