Job Description
Winnesota is seeking a motivated, dependable, and energetic Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who thrives in a busy warehouse environment, values accuracy, works well with others, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Schedule Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 10:30 AM Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Complete warehouse sortation and break down large pallets into store zones. Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment. Operate order-picking equipment such as cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment. Use warehouse management systems to locate and retrieve items for orders. Perform quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are being picked. Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging. Assist with shipping and receiving processes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe warehouse environment. Make independent decisions within well-defined guidelines. Qualifications Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Mechanical knowledge or ability to safely operate order-picking equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects (>50lbs) and perform physical warehouse tasks. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work area. Ability to work independently within established guidelines. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Ability to operate warehouse scanning equipment and WMS software. Successful completion of a required drug test and criminal background check. Willingness to work outside normal business hours when needed, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business demands. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Basic computer and data entry skills Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and WMS software Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks, including heavy lifting (>50lbs). Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes, pallets, and merchandise as needed. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handheld scanners/computers. Ability to work in a warehouse environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.
