The CertainTeed facility in Plymouth, WI manufactures ceiling tiles and panels. We work hard together and celebrate an environment that is open, creative, and engaging. Compensation:
Starting wage $21.20 per hour
Additional Bonus:
Immediately eligible to participate in an additional quarterly bonus program
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm Comprehensive safety training program (defined SOPs and work instructions) Career development/advancement
Job Details:
Follow all safety rules and rules as established in employee handbook Follow standard operating procedures Maintain good housekeeping as established by Relief Duty Sheets and identifies gaps and areas for improvement Responsible for rotating in the feeding, stacking, and offloading positions, maintaining rate as defined in the recipe Monitor the machine while the Machine Operators break, following the defined SOPs Set up production equipment following established equipment settings Maintain quality of product on production line by ensuring standards are being followed Continually monitor product, to detect and resolve issues utilizing Continuous Improvement tools Track and/or fill out metrics required to accurately close out production work orders
