2nd Shift Blender (Material Handler)

Primex Plastics Corporation, an international leader in the extruded plastic industry, is currently seeking candidates for our 2nd shift "Blender" position which is responsible for keeping our production lines stocked with materials. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated and disciplined to complete a variety of duties with little direct supervision. This position starts at $18.80/hour plus a $2.00 shift premium. With wage increases at 60 days, 6 months, and 1st anniversary, plus generous quarterly bonuses, you can expect to earn $46,000-$50,000 in your first year.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Retrieve materials from the warehouse and deliver to appropriate lines Weigh and label materials to be returned to the warehouse Maintain inventory accuracy through electronic barcode system Work with railcar unloading equipment to transfer materials from railcars to correct silos Maintain safe working practices as all times. Forklift experience is preferred. Candidates must have the following general abilities/characteristics: Motivated to produce a high volume of work each and every day. Self-starter, able to determine what needs to be done and complete it with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail. Comfort level with computers and/or mobile apps.
