Job Title:
Warehouse Worker Job Description The Warehouse Worker supports daily operations by safely loading and unloading materials, accurately packaging products, and performing inventory tasks to ensure efficient and organized warehouse workflows. Responsibilities Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Package products according to established standards to ensure accuracy, protection, and proper labeling. Perform inventory work, including counting, organizing, and replenishing stock as needed. Use a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse, following all safety procedures. Operate RF scanners to track, locate, and update inventory information in the warehouse system. Carry out general labor tasks such as sorting, staging, and preparing materials for shipment or storage. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area by following housekeeping and safety guidelines. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while completing daily tasks. Essential Skills At least 1 year of recent experience working in a warehouse environment. Proficiency in packing and packaging materials accurately and efficiently. Experience performing inventory tasks such as counting, organizing, and tracking stock. Ability to perform general labor duties in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment. Ability to use RF scanners to scan, locate, and track inventory items. Capability to safely load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail when handling, packaging, and recording inventory. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently as part of a warehouse team. Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Why Work Here? You will work on-site as part of a team that coordinates loading, unloading, packaging, and inventory activities in an organized and safety-conscious facility. Dress is practical and suitable for warehouse work, with appropriate footwear and any required protective gear. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richfield, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
