Job Description
Harter's Fox Valley Disposal is searching for a high energy, highly motivated individual for our shop on our second shift. The right individual enjoys working with equipment, staying busy, and getting their foot into a company that will allow the person to grow with us and take on more responsibilities over time. Duties will expand overtime. We offer full benefits, competitive pay, and a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Shop Maintenance:
Cleaning, sweeping, and removing hazardous or obsolete materials to keep the facility safe and organized.Greasing:
Applying grease to all moving parts to prevent premature wear.Assisting Mechanics:
Helping technicians with repairs, such as removing/installing components, replacing belts, and handling tools. Qualifications & Physical Demands Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and work in awkward positions. Basic understanding of tools, mechanical aptitude, and safety procedures.Benefits include:
