General Laborer

Job Title:

General Labor Job Description- We're seeking reliable, hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates who are hands‑on, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. No specialized experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor duties including material handling, cleanup, loading/unloading, and basic assembly Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow standard operating procedures and company safety guidelines Assist machine operators or production staff as needed Inspect materials or products for quality concerns Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or leads Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repetitively Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for most of the shift Good attendance and punctuality Willingness to work overtime as needed Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sun Prairie, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
