superior, wisconsin Posted 3 days ago Closes 6/11/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $19.00 per hour Temporary 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_175685 Join our client's team as a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced, temporary distribution role in Superior, WI. We are looking for reliable individuals to help manage order fulfillment and maintain high-quality service in a high-energy environment. This assignment is expected to last around 6-12 weeks.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4:30

PM Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

Accurately pull customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.

Verification:

Check item numbers, quantities, and lot codes to ensure order accuracy.

Packing:

Securely pack items to prevent damage and prepare them for carrier pickup.

Inventory Flow:

Assist with stocking and organizing items using FIFO (first in, first out) rotation.

Safety:

Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety guidelines and lifting techniques.

Skills & Qaulifications:

Basic understanding of inventory control or batch/lot tracking. Capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 30-70 lbs. Strong focus on accuracy while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Communication:

Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with supervisors. 6-12 months of warehouse experience. Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS/ERP systems.
