Wagner is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material movement across our facility. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers get what they need-on time and accurate.

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Pick, pack, and stage materials for customer orders
Build crates and prepare products for safe shipment
Move materials between warehouse and production areas
Perform inventory transactions and support cycle counts
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For
Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Ability to use basic tools and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and stay organized
