General Laborer

Job Summary The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. This role plays a key part in meeting daily production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and assembly equipment according to work instructions and safety standards Assemble products and components to meet quality and productivity requirements Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications Monitor production processes and report defects, equipment issues, or shortages Package, label, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow safety policies, GMPs, and standard operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules Assist with line changeovers, setup, and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Work Environment Manufacturing/production floor Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial materials Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Bend, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $22.72/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
