Job Description

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (5-7 Maximum):
  • Clerical duties to maintain accuracy in records of parts and supplies received and distributed.
  • Receive, inventory, and warehousing of parts and supplies.
  • Stores parts/supplies in such a way as to facilitate efficient distribution.
  • Issues routine parts/supplies to authorized personnel as they are properly requested.
  • Handles requisitions for parts in accordance with company policy.
  • Assists in maintaining accurate inventory by monitoring records.
  • Performs cycle counts and reconciles differences.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintains security of warehouse.
  • Helps to maintain warehouse in clean orderly condition.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Position Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of computers.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to use parts catalogs (computer).
Education and/or
Training:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
