Job Description

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (5-7 Maximum):

Clerical duties to maintain accuracy in records of parts and supplies received and distributed.
Receive, inventory, and warehousing of parts and supplies.
Stores parts/supplies in such a way as to facilitate efficient distribution.
Issues routine parts/supplies to authorized personnel as they are properly requested.
Handles requisitions for parts in accordance with company policy.
Assists in maintaining accurate inventory by monitoring records.
Performs cycle counts and reconciles differences.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintains security of warehouse.
Helps to maintain warehouse in clean orderly condition.
Performs other duties as required.

Position Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of computers.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to use parts catalogs (computer).

Education and/or

Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
