1660984 United Talent Staffing is hiring Warehouse Loaders / Dock Workers for an immediate full-time opportunity in the New Martinsville, WV area! We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're safety-minded, reliable, and ready to work, we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Load and unload windows, doors, and building materials from trucks. Wrap and prepare products for shipment. Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment (training provided as applicable). Verify orders and ensure shipments are accurate. Handle products carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$13.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM or Noon Occasional Friday shifts based on production needs Overtime required as needed to meet production demands Qualifications Ability to stand and work for the entire shift. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. regularly. Ability to push and pull loaded carts. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure. Must be able to read small print and follow written instructions. Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment. Must be dependable with good attendance. Must be at least 18 years old. Closed-toe shoes are required. Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen. (Previous convictions do not automatically disqualify applicants.) Employee Referral Bonus:
