This position is responsible for supporting the administrative, operational, and reporting requirements of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, in their respective region. What You'll Do Supports the company business, operational, financial and environmental objectives Contributes to the definition, implementation and monitoring of safety guidelines. Communicates company policies to Asst. Mgr./Group Leaders/Team Leaders. Provides direction in the development of environmental objectives, targets and programs. Monitors overall EMS performance Assures regulatory compliance Assures continuous improvement. Responsible for enforcement of disciplinary action. Coordinates vendor activities. Establishes or adjusts work assignments to coordinate flow of material. Recommends measures to improve methods and equipment performance Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency. Assists Group Leaders in solving work problems. Instructs and guides other employees in preparing monthly report Reviews monthly customer report, which documents all business activities of all programs. The Manager must be qualified to perform the job responsibilities of the Assistant Manager and/or Group Leaders reporting to the position. Supports expansion of GMI's business. Other duties may be assigned. What You Need High School Diploma and Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or two to five years of related experience and/or training preferably in facilities or equivalent combination of education and experience.
