Job Description

Hotel Front Desk Attendant 270 Tiger Way, Georgetown, KY 40324 $12 - $13 an hour $12 - $13 an hour Do you have a passion for service and love to put a smile on people's faces? Then you might be an excellent fit for the hotel front desk agent position on our guest services team! You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation:
$12 - $13 hourly
Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Mitigate customer complaints as needed Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
