Job Description

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Utility Rep to support environmental and recycling services for industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. In this role, you assist with customer service, schedule and support used oil and waste pickups, prepare basic shipping and service documentation, and coordinate with drivers and operations teams. You help ensure safe, compliant handling of materials, follow company safety standards, and contribute to efficient routing and service quality while supporting our mission of environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Support customer service for environmental, recycling, and waste management programs. Coordinate and assist with scheduling used oil and waste pickups and deliveries. Prepare and maintain basic service, routing, and shipping documentation. Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and operations to ensure timely service. Follow all company safety policies and support a safety-first culture. Assist with safe, compliant handling and staging of materials as directed. Use basic computer systems to enter service data and update customer records. Monitor routes and priorities to help maximize efficiency and service quality.
