Job Description

Join our staff and make a meaningful difference at Women's Resource Center of Northern Michigan (WRCNM). The Violence Prevention Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and facilitating violence prevention activities and programs at area schools and throughout the community. Violence prevention programming focuses on the primary prevention of gender-based violence. This role will include classroom-based education, professional training, and other public speaking responsibilities. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and/or four years of work experience in a field related to prevention, education, or human services. Strong public speaking/training skills and/or experience facilitating groups of people. Effective organizational and planning skills required.
