Expose young people to foods that they may not have previously experienced. Must meet one or more of the following conditions: Culinary Certificate or Associates and limited experience cooking for large groups; or Some culinary course experience and 2 years' experience cooking for large groups; or Minimum of High School or GED with 5 years' experience cooking for large group
